If you subscribed for the 7-day trial period and didn’t cancel the subscription before the trial expired, then you automatically became a premium user once the trial ended.

You can verify your subscription through Google Play Store app > Menu  > Account > Subscriptions. You will also have the option to cancel your subscription under the “Subscriptions” tab on the Google Play Store.
