How to enable the feature

  1. To turn on magnification gestures, go to the Settings icon and select Accessibility from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select Magnification Gestures in the Accessibility menu.
  3. Tap the toggle to turn on magnification gestures. (The feature is set to off by default). You will see instructions explaining how it works.

How to zoom in and out

  1. Once you have enabled magnification gestures, tap your screen three times to zoom in and out. After zooming in, drag two or more fingers across the screen to pan.
  2. Pinch two fingers together or spread them apart to adjust the zoom level.
  3. If you want to get back to your normal screen, triple tap again.

For a temporary zoom, triple tap and hold your finger down. (Do not lift your finger off the screen after the third tap). Drag your finger to navigate around the screen. Once you take your finger off the screen, it will return to its original size.

It’s important to note that magnification gestures can zoom in on almost anything on your Android device, but there are two exceptions: it won’t work on your keyboard or the navigation bar.
