The premise of this app is that it will get you out of couch potato mode and running (at least) a 5k. It allows you to create music playlists for your runs and lays out different training plans for 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons for you to reference. It also features the normal tracking applications so you can keep track of distance and speed on your runs.
